The Bayelsa State Police Command has paraded a socialite, identified as John Ewa, arrested in Abuja and suspected of high-profile kidnappings in Bayelsa State.
Ewa was paraded alongside three other suspected members of his group at the Police Officers Mess, Yenagoa Bayelsa State.
Reports say the police have been on the trail of the suspected kidnap kingpin for various alleged kidnappings in the South-South State.
Ewa, popularly known as ‘Lion’, was tracked to Abuja where he was arrested by men of the Nigeria Police.

The suspect, who lives a lavish lifestyle and is reputed for flaunting wealth on social media, is accused of masterminding many kidnap incidents around Yenagoa, the state capital.
He was pictured in a viral clip on social media during the weekend, dressed in his pyjamas, displaying a few notes of foreign currency and saying, “Get money for this life, hustle, hustle.”
