Lady Sues $10 Million Damages Against Trey Songz For ‘exposing her breast’ in 2013

Renowned American singer Trey Songz is being accused of sexual assault by a lady for forcibly exposing her breast without her consent at a high-profile 2013 pool party.

Recently obtained legal documents, disclosed by TMZ on Friday, June 2, reveal that the anonymous plaintiff, using the name Jane Doe, has not only targeted Trey Songz but has also named his production company, influential record executive Kevin Liles, and Atlantic Records as defendants in her lawsuit.

In these documents, Jane Doe contends that the “multiple defendants” bear responsibility for their alleged negligence in failing to address Trey Songz’s apparent “sexual proclivities.” She claims they turned a blind eye to his behavior and ultimately failed to control him during the ill-fated event.

TMZ reports that Jane Doe’s attorney has shed light on the incident. According to him, the victim endured humiliation, that led to emotional distress. The embarrassment led her to quit her once promising career.

Jane Doe sent Trey Songz a “demand letter” last year in 2022, recounting the incident that occurred at the renowned Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz event in Connecticut. To support her case, she included a video captured the act.

It is important to note that this is not the first time Trey Songz has faced sexual assault allegations. In February, he was slapped with a staggering $25 million lawsuit by a different woman who claimed he had allegedly raped her in 2016. This latest lawsuit compounds the mounting controversy surrounding the Grammy-nominated singer, further tarnishing his public image and casting doubt on his character.

Jane Doe is pursuing $10 million in damages. Alongside her claim, she has presented the damning video evidence, exposing the shocking truth of her ordeal.
