The document to revoke Sir Celestine Omehia’s recognition as a former governor of Rivers state will be signed by Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers state, tomorrow.
The signing will take place in the Government House in Port Harcourt, according to a statement released today by the Governor’s Special Assistant on New Media, Kelvin Ebiri.
The document canceling Sir Celestine Omehia’s recognition as a previous governor of Rivers State will be signed by His Excellency Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, the Executive Governor of Rivers State.
The resolution the Rivers State House of Assembly approved on Thursday, October 6, 2022 to derecognize Sir Celestine Omehia as a former governor of the state led to the annulment of the recognition.
