Kai Havertz, Chelsea forward, has revealed why some of his Chelsea teammates refer to him as a Donkey.
He said this was informed by their discovery of how he cherishes the animal.
He disclosed this during an interview with the Guardian while on international duty.

He said, “Some of my teammates call me ‘Donkey’. It’s not because of my football; from day one, I felt a special relationship with donkeys.”
The German forward added that he is fond of the temperament of donkeys, which relates to how he lives his life. Havertz stated that donkeys are calm animals and don’t worry so much about issues around them, the reason why he personifies himself in them.
