Popular social media platforms, Instagram and Twitter, have restricted Kanye West’s accounts over antisemitic posts.
West shared posts aimed at the Jewish community on his social media handles.
Instagram first restricted West on Friday.
The rapper had caused controversy over his appearance at the Yeezy fashion show in Paris with popular conversative media personality, Candace Owens.
The duo rocked a shirt with the words, “WHITE LIVES MATTER” written on it.
This irked many including hip-hop artiste, Sean Combs, popularly known as Puff Daddy.
Puff advised West against hurting the Black community with his public posts in a conversation shared on his Instagram page.

Responding, West noted that he will use Combs as “an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me. I told you this is war. Now gone get you some business.”
Commenting on the development, Meta spokesperson, Instagram took down the rapper’s post and restricted his account for going against rules and guidelines.
West, now known as Ye, went to his Twitter account to berate the CEO of Instagram’s parent company Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, for restricting his account.
He restated his stance, claiming that he could not be guilty of antisemitism because “black people are actually Jew also.”
