Hilda Effiong Bassey, a renowned Nigerian chef widely known as Hilda Baci, has refuted claims that she charges twenty five thousand naira for a meet-and-greet event in Abuja.

She dismissed the allegations, clarifying that she did not demand N25,000 for a personal meet-and-greet or for fans to witness her cooking in Abuja.
Baci, who gained fame for setting the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual, completing 100 hours, addressed the issue in a tweet on her Twitter account on Friday.

In response, she refuted the report, stating, “Hello everyone, I would like to clarify that I will not be hosting any meet-and-greet events in Abuja. Furthermore, I would never ask anyone to pay for such an opportunity. Thank you.”
