Aliko Dangote, the President of Dangote Group, and Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, are scheduled to meet with President Bola Tinubu at the State House in Abuja on Monday. This was revealed by Dangote after a private meeting with Tinubu at the Aso Rock Villa on Friday.
Dangote, speaking to State House correspondents, stated that his purpose for the meeting with the President was to inform him about the upcoming visit with his friend and Microsoft co-founder, Bill Gates. He further mentioned that both he and Gates would be meeting with President Tinubu together on Monday.
Although the specific agenda of Monday’s meeting was not disclosed by Dangote, it is believed to be part of the ongoing consultations that Tinubu is conducting with influential leaders within the local and global business community.

In his inaugural speech on May 29th, Tinubu made a commitment to address the concerns of local and foreign investors regarding issues such as multiple taxation and other obstacles to investment. He pledged to ensure that investors and foreign businesses are able to repatriate their dividends and profits back home.
