The Lagos Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has dismissed the petitions filed by Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and the Labour Party, and Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor of the People’s Democratic Party, challenging the declaration of Babatunde Sanwo-Olu as the winner of the March 18 governorship election.
Jandor had refuted the results of the governorship poll in Lagos State, challenging the victory of Governor Sanwo-Olu and Dr. Obafemi Hamzat.

The decision of the tribunal was announced by Justice Mikhail Abdullah while delivering judgment on the objections raised by the respondents in the case.
