The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has reacted to the judgement of the Appeal Court that ordered the union to suspend its strike.
ASUU President, Professor Emmanuel Osodeke, has said that the union will review the ruling and decide on its next line of action.
He added that they are yet to officially receive the judgement of the appellate court which ordered the union to suspend its strike.
According to Osodeke, the union would receive the judgement, go through the document with its lawyers and decide on its next line of action.
He said, “We have not received the ruling, when we get it, we will review it with our lawyer and then we can take the next step”.
