Two police officers were injured as a truck ran into the convoy of Adamawa State governor, Ahmadu Fintiri.
The road mishap occurred on Saturday after Fintiri and some members of his cabinet left a wedding at Agga mosque located in the Dougirei area of Yola, Channels Television reports.

The truck driver allegedly lost control and smashed into two vehicles in the convoy at high speed.
Fintiri who was reported to have narrowly escaped the accident, came out of his vehicle and cautioned the truck driver before leaving the scene.
The Adamawa governor is seeking a second term in office as governor of the State.
