A Delta man identified as Iduh Hausa, has allegedly shot and killed his brother-in-law over alleged infidelity in Umunede, in the Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State.
The incident which took place in Ileje, Umunede, threw the community into mourning.
According to a source who spoke to Punch Metro, tension was brewing in the community over the incident.
The source said, “Mr Iduh Hausa shot his brother-in-law to death just because he (suspect) claimed that the man was dating another lady.

“He said the brother-in-law was cheating on his sister.”
The incident was confirmed by DSP Bright Edafe, the state Public Relations Officer, noting that the suspect was on the run.
Edafe said, “Yes, it is confirmed; we have not arrested the suspect; he’s still at large. Effort is ongoing to arrest him wherever he is hiding.”
