Mateu Alemany is set to stay at Barcelona FC for another session.
Alemany changed his mind about leaving Barcelona after his official announcement of his departure as a director at Barcelona.
Terms were agreed between Aston Villa and Alemany, but the contract seems to be collapsing. Alemany wishes to stay in Barcelona and Joan Laporta will decide soon on the chance to work with him.

Meanwhile, Barcelona are in advance talks with Deco to be the director after Alemany indicated interest to leave.
However, the pair seem poised to work together at Barcelona.
