The House of Representative today were forced to adjourn their sitting due to power failure.
This resulted to the Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, calling for adjournment of the plenary to a later date.

The lawmakers were all seen scrambling to exit of the chamber while using their phone torchlights to find their way through the darkness that engulfed the entire chamber.
