Super Eagles and Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen has won the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards honor as the Power Horse Emerging Player of the year award.
Osimhen was honoured with the Power Horse Emerging Player of the Year award for his remarkable performance in 2022.
The 13th edition of the award held in Dubai on November 17, 2022, to recognize winners in 21 categories.
Dubai Globe Soccer Awards also welcome Power Horse as its new sponsor, introducing the Power Horse Emerging Player of the Year award, to recognize young players who performed well in the last season.
Osimhen won the category for his impressive display in Serie A which has made him one of the star players in the Italian league and across the globe.
Victor was not able to attend the event in Dubai, prompting Globe Soccer and POWER HORSE® to hold the awarding ceremony in Naples, Victor’s current base.

Salvatore Caizzone, CEO of Power Horse, was joined by Cristiano Giuntoli, Sporting Director of SSC Napoli, and Enrico Bendoni of Globe Soccer as they handed out the Award to the Nigerian striker.
