A second-year student of Fine Arts Department, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK, identified as Onyemaobi Esther Chidimma has been found dead in her hostel.
Her decomposed body was discovered at Immaculate hostel, Ifite Awka, Anambra State. It is believed that she had died several days before her body was discovered.
This was disclosed in a viral post shared on social media platform, WhatsApp by a member of her faculty.
At the point of filing this story, Daily Info was unable to reach relatives of the deceased nor the university authority for comments on the incident.

The WhatsApp post read, “We lost one of our faculty members by name Onyeamaobi Esther Chidimma. She is in the department of Fine and Applied Art, 200l.
“According to the story, no one knows the cause of her death neither the day she died. She died at immaculate hostel, miracle junction. Her dead body was found yesterday when it’s already smelling
“May her soul rest in peace. Amen.
“God please OZOEMENE.”
